Holding on! I'm 98.5% better from a cold. Still a little bit of a cough. I managed 2 short runs this week and 2 days of just walking. I've got to get back to doing exercises especially for my knee. My AT thinks I have an either torn ACL or PCL. So, I need to get to the doctor and get some pictures of what is messed up in there.

My eating needs to change. I realize this but at the same time I just keep doing nothing about it. I made cupcakes for my son's Halloween party at school and there are leftovers and I've been having 1 a day. But once they are gone, they will be gone. My son didn't go trick or treating either. The combine had come to harvest soybeans on my dad's farm and my son decided it was my fun to be riding in the combine instead of going for candy. However, people have been dropping off goodies for him! So, there is treat size chocolates around the house too!

Oh well, just keep doing something as in exercise and hope to keep maintaining this. It must be the weather that makes me think this way...the days are shorter and the weather is getting chiller.

I figure something out one of these days!
