I lost with slimming world a few years ago but didn't stick to it once I got to goal and gradually put it all back on again (over six years). Am calorie counting now with my son. Good luck, it seems to work. 

I know several people who've lost lots of weight on SW. You can lose weight on any diet, its keeping it off after which comes down to self discipline. I personally wouldn't pay to belong to a diet group when there are good apps like this one available. 

I agree with Tracey, I wouldn't pay, but I'm frugal and this app is working great for me. I've heard nothing but good things about slimming world and weight watchers. 

thanks I love this app I lost 5 stone using it before pregnancy I lost 11lb in 4 weeks using it recently but I was given 12 weeks free so I thought why not worth a try. I'm on day 4 and seems ok so far it's actually weird not to calorie count but I'm full and happy  

Believe it works for many. Personally been there, done that, gave up years ago. Now just try to eat healthily and do a bit of exercise.
