Oh ye of little faith. I always doubt indulgence day. Now I am at a nice low looking down the meat of my weight loss week! 228.4!

Yesterday was a good day. Got up early and took an hour long walk in the early morning. Unfortunately it was an especially stinky day in my country. It smelled like garbage laying on top of camel piss mixed in with some truck exhaust. Plus they are digging up my sidewalks I use still. Looks like they are making an exit ramp for a major road right through where I did my walks. It was a nice several mile long walkway (That is often used by cars, but that is another story). Now they are ruining it in the face of progress. I would get more use as a walkway.

Wife is ready to come home. I can tell from the tone of her emails she is really stressed out. Plus the last few times we tried to talk, there were bad connections on vonage. I will support her however I can.

Today is a scheduled normal workday. I could not justify sitting home more. My son is out of school, but he is almost 15 years old. He needs a little independence now and then. He will probably sleep almost until noon anyway, then play video games. Yesterday the only interactions we had were "What is to eat?" and "I am going out, see ya!". lol, teenagers.
