I was having a look at previous years when I was loosing weight and I think I will follow some of the meals I was having, l was getting really good looses then, wish l hadn't put it all back on lol it would have been so much easier lol

I've always found losing g a bit of weight the easy bit-it's keeping it off that is difficult.Like you I've lost and let it creep back on a couple of times now.Good luck .

There's just too much 'nice' food and drink out there....you've only got to look at the population stats of overweight people. Eateries, takeaways, convenience foods. Nightmare!!!!

Thanks Sheffield 28, it's a constant battle we wage with out bodies and most of the time we seem to loose lol still l am confident if not hopeful that l will succeed this time, good luck on your journey

@ Thomas Rutherford. I've got a packet of Spirulina that I can post to you if you want to try it for free. Personally, I can't get Spirulina down because it makes me gag, but if you want it just PM me your address and you can test your gag reflexes with my blessing. Great stuff if you can stomach it though.
