Had a horrible night of sleep, around 4 hours & even that was interrupted multiple times 😩 Lots of iced coffee for me today!

I don't think I'm going to reach my mini scale goal by next Thursday & that's ok! I have NSV to be proud of and
I plan to go shopping for new clothes for my birthday. I have two bachelorette parties & one wedding to go to this month that I need clothes for. It's gonna be a busy month! :)

Aw, poor sleep is the worst. Here's to lots of excellent iced coffee! And calm nerves despite that combination.

Its hard to reach goals we aren't really in control of like that nutty scale vs. daily macro goals or exercise frequency goals. Sorry you had a rough night. Here's hoping you can make up for it tonight. 🌺
