Today I start again! And I will keep saying this until it pays off!!! Went for a walk tonight, and all the while thought about how pathetic I felt, out of shape!!! I can't believe how I used to run....now I'm that person saying, I CAN'T DO THAT!! It used to make me so sad to hear others say that to me when I would tell them what I did for workouts (when they would ask me) cause I always thought YES YOU CAN! If I can you can........so that tells you how bad and hurtfull it is to be saying this to myself right now!!! :( I'm so sorry you all have to read this pitty party, I guess I had to vent. Have a great week everyone!
