Due to various factors (work, family matters, breaking up with my BF, being more active and eating less than usual) I dropped a few pounds lately, marking this weigh in as the lowest weight I had ever as an adult. I feel both grateful and proud about it, since being overweight has been a giant issue for me, hurting my self esteem and my confidence as a young woman. I am only approx 4 kg away from my goal weight, a weight that I personally calculated and estimated as ideal healthy for my height and body frame. Seeing my body now though, I realize that I'll most probably won't be satisfied with the result even when reaching my goal. Maybe I need to work out more and focus on proper fat loss, maybe I retain water weight that makes me look puffy, but damn I cannot call "ideal" what I see right now in the mirror! And that's pretty disappointing.. I expected more than this, I expected to look smaller and less bulky. That being said, I'll try to exercise regularly and aim for getting a more firm and toned body. Lemme know if you have any suggestions or tips! :)
