It's been two weeks for me. I hope it doesn't last for 3 weeks. 😮 I am going to try upping my water intake and cutting back on dairy a little bit. 😊 If that doesn't work I guess I will just have to ride it out.

YOOU MAY NOT BE SEEING A LOSS IN ACTUAL WEIGHT BUT THINGS ARE PROBABLY SHIFTING AROUND AS A RESULT OF YOUR GOOD WORK!

I figure I didn't gain the weight in a linear fashion so it's probably not going to come off in a straight line either. Stalled going on 3 weeks myself.

I hit a three week stall while my body was adjusting. Low cal and weight lifting yet no loss. Then this last week the lbs are coming off quickly. Keep up the good work! The rewards will follow!

Yeah, I hate when that happens I hate it even more when I'd workout a couple hours and be...ugh nothing lost, but then the next day, Poof 5lbs gone.... stay in there!!

Doing great. Don't get discouraged. Just went almost 3 weeks myself and yesterday down 2.5 lbs. No rhyme or reason. Just the way things work I guess.

Thank you everyone! I definitely am not giving up! I rather be stalled for a little bit then gain the weight back because I got frustrated and quit. I know how easily the weight can come back on and how hard it was to get off. 😊

I hit a plateau too, it took a couple weeks. But yesterday' the spell' broke, and the scale moved.
