well, it wasn't quite as bad as I thought. up 2 pounds, but it could have been MUCH worse! I hate this time of year. I've got girl scout cookies staring me in the face, my workplace is doing a wolfgangs candy fundraiser... I just have to keep reminding myself how it's NOT worth it, and how awful I feel after I eat all that crap! On the bright side, I found a wonderful new popsicle! Dole makes these Acai blueberry popsicles, 90 calories, some natural sugars, but definitly satisfies the sweet tooth!

Hi LeAnn...I understand! My husband came home and of course he ordered girlscout cookies. In the past he has asked what he can do to help and I said don't order girlscout cookies....how easily we forget! Anyway I don't think he ordered my favorite so that is good. I have had the Acai Bluberry popsicles, and they are delicious!! You are right we just have to remind ourselves how terrible we feel after we eat those cookies.
