Phew! Well I'm glad Christmas is over, it's been hectic and exhausting here. I'm ready to get back to normal life and the gym. I've gained just a bit over a lb, but that's not bad because I'm sure it's water weight too, so I'm not stressed about it! Just can't wait to start regularly exercising again and keeping better track of what I'm eating.
Had a nice Christmas with family and I hope everyone else did too!

With graduation and christmas behind you, you'll do just fine!!! We all have to learn that happy occasions don't have to be about food-because overeating doen't really make us happy.....LOL

Great job at keeping things reasonable at Christmas Biblio! And thanks for all your encouraging comments, they are always appreciated. This holiday season has been particularly busy for me, my weight has been yoyoing up and down as you have seen. Let's try to get consistently better as we move forward. Keep up the good work!
