Long time no chat...hope everyone is doing good and ready for Christmas! I am not following the diet or exercise at all and that is just fine with me right now. I decided to start over after the first of the year. It is a hard enough with all the great holiday food right now, but even worse, had another death in the family...man I want this year to be OVER!!! This one was not as close, it was my Great Uncle, he was old and very sick, so this time it is a lot easier, but at the same time not! Having a very hard time focusing on things right now and feeling very numb for the forehead down....so needless to say, I am just here!

I wanted to see how bad I have been doing, but to my surprise I have only gained 3 pounds since my last weigh in, and I am very pleased with that...actually can't wait for the holidays to be over so that I can get to my goal weight! I know after the first of the year I will do just great!

I hope everyone has a Very Merry Christmas and A Wonderful and Safe New Years!!

Well, they say death's happen in 3's. Hopefully this will be the last for your family. I know it can be hard... especially around the holidays. I don't blame you for not being on the diet. I know you'll be able to hit your goal when you get back to it. Sometimes a new year is a great motivation for a fresh start & NO CHEATING. Merry Christmas!! :)
