Take the wee victories! Glad you had a great weekend. Mine wasn't so good for various reasons but the days are longer and the weather better so I'm happy

Don't dread your 30s! They will be great. You will make them great. I had a good weekend too. Not on the diet front but thats life (chocolate and a modest amount of cava, breakfast out with crispy rolls and blackpudding involved) 

My 30s were great! Still young enough to enjoy everything to the max, but financially better off, and more 'sorted out' as a person than in my 20s. 

I relate to that heidij. i am still applying this to my fifties! 

aww i know blunty and hedi . i know i still be me when i hit it by the thought is killing iv wound so many people up for being 30 not it my time🖓 aww i got an 11 year old son so im pritty stable like that already my only FREE night is a Saturday night so i take full advantage of it. the weight will come off but im going to enjoy life at the same time. blunty my mam and dads in thier late 50s and they party like its 1980 they dont get home untill 4am some nights out every weekend . they have me on pins . my turn to do it to mine when im 50 i reckon lol xx
