well i've been gone for almost two months and its obvious that i havent been dieting at all.. in the last week i gained 7 pounds exciting! things have been real rough latley not that there excuses just the truth.. didnt end up moving!my fiance went out there and couldnt find much work.. um lets see i've been having doctors appointments one after the other.. mainly cause i cant sleep(had a sleep study done, may be sleep apnea) been having alot of back and hip pains(started physical therapy).. been having a lot of headaches, memory lost and just being freaking aggravted cause i cant stop my mind from racing and now i seeing a shrink cause i dont really know how to deal with my problem without breaking down into to tears adn the fact that i havent dealt with my fathers death yet.. we have no source of income at the time so i've just been eating whatever is here.. which most likely is never the healthy stuff..so i'm hoping that sometime soon i get my mojo back cause i know its gonna be a waste of time if i try to diet right now when that mind set is not there.. but anyways i'm still here alive and kicking.. planning on cutting back alot on the starches(my ABSOLUTE ENEMY)not gonna jump right into atkins yet need a job to start buying all of my goodies.. enough about me how is everybody else doing
