well this is stress weight lost

my friend was murdered sunday i havnt slept or eaten properly in days .its all catching up to me now and its definitely starting to show on my health i want to lose weight but not like this 😢😢😢😢

Am so sorry for her loss and yours. It's only natural that you're going to be feeling everything you're feeling right now. I wish you strength and joy to come. It may be a help to you if you find active ways to capture some memories of your friend.
