Back on track. Got the press coming to work this morning. Off to the hairdressers at 9am new suit to wear. The press should have come to our party on Friday but didn't turn up.

I know it's a team effort for the homes and you all are to be congratulated but I think the fact "Well led" is one of the key criteria they score on means you should be exceptionally proud of yourself as well as your team. 👍🏻🎉👍🏻 to you all, MM

Thank you for your kind words. The OUTSTANDING is the pinnacle of my working life and at my age. The next big thing will be being able to retain it or improve on it.
