Going to go for a 100% week today and this coming week...lots of frustrations in my life currently...but I just need to remind myself(constantly)...a person cannot "eat away" their frustrations....AND...overeating just compounds frustration in the long run...Fight on, Fellow FS Warriors and Buddies....Make it a week of eating "clean"

You are on the right track my friend :) I, too, am struggling w/ emotional frustrations which lead me right to the wrong food choices. I try to keep thinking what was different that 1st year after surgery. I survived, the frustrations were still there, but I was successful in my diet. You are going in the right direction on the scale- just keep on keepin'on! We can/ will do this !! Together w/ our fellow FS warriors!! Have a Blessed week :)
