I know I've said this before and I'm going to say it for the last time...I am starting over...forget the past. I am working with a coach, a prayer and looking at food as my friend and not the enemy to my weight gain.
I love life and I want to live it to the fullest. Being sick, overweight on the road to other health problems because of obesity is not on my bucket list. I know it, and I own it. I want to be here for my family and grand kids so there is no other time than now to make it happen.

I agree!!! I recently found my self back at 170 after reaching 145 for a trip to Hawaii for my 25th anniversary several years ago and realized I dieted and didn't change my lifestyle. This time its going to be permanent! LET'S DO IT!
