Very pleased with this 2lb drop since the 1st Jan....I firmly believe my water intake has played a big part in this as it helps keep me feeling full during my 16:8 IF period.
Before shopping I am doing No2 & No3 of the challenge....it's movie time at my local cinema, and for only £2.50 at Odeon (50% 'flash sale' till the 11th) it would be rude not to.
I will quite probably be the only person in there but that's fine with me...no annoying popcorn rustling, phone rings or whispering ;)

Good drop and yes, water intake can make a big difference. What are you going to see at the cinema?

Thanks both...hoping my next WI for end of week 1 of the Sassy challenge sees another drop?! I saw 'Sully' which I thoroughly enjoyed, Tom Hanks is an amazing actor, and the tense real-life story had me in tears (I always get emotionally involved in these kinds of films....Will Smith in 'Collateral Beauty' was another where I was an emotional wreck!!) I had a liquid lunch in the form of my favourite Costa Hot Chocolate drink
