Well, I suppose 4-5 days of not keeping track of my intake and not exercising reared its ugly head this morning. Actually 192 isn't really THAT bad, considering. I'll get a nice bike ride in today and then it's back to work and normal routine tomorrow.

I hope everyone had a great Christmas and didn't get too far off track.

I went offshore fishing on 22nd and we caught six nice gaffer Mahi and several smaller ones. The tuna-looking fish are bonita. I kept them to feed to my dogs. Am I the best doggie daddy ever, or what?

That is Stuart, Florida, "sailfish capital of the world." Forgot to mention that we released a sailfish too. Look at me with a jacket on. You'd never know that I grew up in central NY. It was in the low 70's (with a 20 mph north wind most of the day). BRRRRRRR! What a wimp I turned into... It was rough as hell. Good thing we chartered a BIG sport-fishing boat.
