I’m ready to move into phase II of the diet. I’m very happy about my weight loss. I haven’t weighed this little in 20 years. Thanks to all my fatsecret buddies. I haven’t had a glass of wine in 18 days and I am really looking forward to a glass tonight. I know that Thanksgiving is coming and I will not say “no” to all that food that is served only once a year or I will regret it later. This is one day that I will allow myself to splurge a bit. We are getting into the tough time of year for diet.

Good job! Yes, but it's all in the choices we make. One little bite of something is NOT going to blow it. We CAN and should indulge a "little" so we don't feel deprived and better yet, we can make things that are okay to have and have those instead! :)

Enjoy that glass of wine! I love wine too, but I have cut back a lot. I plan on enjoying a nice glass with my Thanksgiving dinner. We are going to the mother-in law's, and she is the world's worst cook! I may be just enjoying my wine on that day, but there are always left overs at my parents house...

I fully understand that battle with those last few pounds! I cannot wait to hit 115. So tell me, was the battle well worth it????
