It seems like it is taking forever to lose this weight. I know it works better when it's done slowly. It seems like i get to another place on the scale, then i don't seem to go anywhere for a while after that. I'm very pleased with being down in the 60's, if only it could be the 100 in front of that. I'm trying to stay positive. Having major health issues, so I won't know if it will be the surgery, another total knee replacement, or the meds from having the surgery, that will delay my hopes of losing weight. I'm trying to lose at least 10 more pounds, before my surgery, on Jan 9, 2017. Heck of a way to bring in the New Year, but i would rather do it then, then now and miss out on all the holiday festivities.
