Went out for a meal last night as it was a friends birthday. I had chicken tikka with a manky salad. paid 17 for it as the bill was rounded up per table of 14 x2 . Only one person commented about my weight loss. A lesson was learnt....... Keep on going. Size 12 super skinny jeans from M and S and my 501's of years ago here I come. Thank you to all of you who are supporting me x

Oh bloody hell . Come on, you've lost over 21lbs. That's brilliant,- they noticed l, I know they did. But they were shocked MM. You keep keep going and get in those size 12. You deserve it Wow ..and that's for NOW. X
