You're doing really well. If you're wearing smaller-sized clothes but your weight isn't altering that much, that suggests you might be losing fat and gaining muscle. Does that seem right to you?

Well done you, fantastic news. I am still in weight loss mode but will need to switch to your model and tone up or I'll end up flabby and uck. Losing inches is fantastic and you have done superbly well. I am aiming to wear a Boden size 14 (small sizing) skirt for a lunch in London with friends. I can get into it but I don't dare sit down yet!

I use weight as my main measure but if I'd dropped 2 sizes to a 14 I wouldn't care if I weighed 20stone! Well done 👍
