Hope you OK. You are. Going to have this swing as you maintain your weight. You know that buddy. You are in control and it's impressive.  

Yeah all good here , hope you got over your sore tum. Will be happier when maintenance is 2nd nature rather than the stats add up but it takes thought and effort due to the change in lifestyle.Seem weird to be eating more but struggling to hold weight - Guess shows just how much snacking/crud I ate without thinking whilst sat stationary at work. 

Yep.. I've got this to come hopefully, but it seems such a way to go. I know that what you are doing is the hardest part of a healthy and balanced diet. Buddy. I want to get there and keep it there for the last time ever in my life.This time I can see my looking at what you are doing that I am going to have to work hard. In a way you are a of a trail blazer for me as it sets my challenge. Have a great Wednesday.
