Well, I am so happy I didn't poop the bed, and my pants last night. This will be a goal to rush to the crown at a moment's whisper. Mr. Happy though is another story, as he has been SO very sad with this huge tube up his mouth. I can hear his crying, and I have no good news. At least a week, if I can get an appointment. I will call every day. Tired of giving these shots in the belly too. I think I have 7 more, and one in a half hour, and every 7:30. I will try and take a car drive today. My weight is stable. Yes, HCB, I agree, and thank you. I am very happy, that I am walking 100% normally now. No trouble getting out of the chair, and no problem standing erect.

Warren, I'm sorry about the discomfort, too, and I really don't think I could give myself a shot in the belly or anywhere else so good for you because I'd have to get somebody else to do that for me. Hope this part of the journey is behind you soon.

You big baby. I take a shot to my belly every day. Suck it up cry baby. You are cancer free, erect, pooping (albeit liquid) with a loving wife trying to make coffee for you. It's not that I'm not sympathetic...as I am...pulling your testicles up through your belly sound horrific. Sounds like something a football player might threaten do to you. 😱 Furthermore, catheters, shots liquid diets, all sound like living in a nursing home to me. PhillySue, the key to making the shots easier, and the attractive, nurse showed me this. You take a lump of fat between your thumb and index finger, and stick it in. It makes it much easier.

And by the way, how much pain did you feel over the last six months living with the fear? I'm compassionate to your recovery. Even amused having experienced these things myself. Well not exactly the same. I had my female parts yanked out of me through a six inch incision. There went my libido and a four inch mass attached to my uterus. Look at me now, kind compassionate and sympathetic. Never horney. Hubby is thankful he can get a full night sleep. Lol ...not true.

Hope your coffee was better today, and now that you can eat again hopefully you can soon trust a fart! Sorry you can't get rid of the catheter yet, you shouldn't need an appointment with the doctor for that, one of the nurses can take care of that task. At least the needles are very short for the Lovanox, but the darn stuff does sting. We are all thinking of you and so glad you are feeling better each day.

To be honest, Sarah. I got a bit anxious the day before. I was relieved knowing this robotic was less invasive. This really wasn't bad. Two sleepless, pain filled nights. That is not real bad. I am sure you went through a lot worse. Well, at least you worried about a libido. As I told you, that isn't even a passing thought in this house. I can't think of ONE married friend, that gets any, not that I believe it is ALL about that. Most of them cheat too.
