Great loss 

i went from about 100 to 84 by just not eating till im hungry , i didn't even plan to lose weight .. i lost 15 kg in 2~3 months then i started my real diet with a new goal so good luck  

Midoelooo I am from Scotland but live in Italy now, when i left Scotland in 2010 i was 100kg I spent 15 weeks in Italy that winter, called it fat camp but returned to Scotland late feb (Huge shock to the system, as i had lost weight and ajusted ot the climate{ I lost 16kg also in the first 15 weeks i was here (Then returned to UK and put quite a bit back on) So in 2011 sept i moved here basically permanently, 83kg right now is a heck of a lot less than when i left the UK and i am only ITALIAN fat not UK flat, if i went back and met my pals in Scotland they would say shit you look skinny. Living here is just better, i was just lying out in the sun (It is 82f right now) and 83kg is the same weight i was leaving highschool.. got a 33inch waist, just trying to get the WOW look when i take my top off, everything is relative.. For me now i want to lose weight, but fitness gets way way easier at this weight. Hopefully 3 months in the canary islands (Warmer again) this winter, so this will help.. for me avoiding crappy climate helps a lot! I appreciate all the comments and support, it really does help love this site  

I lied, it is 84f, i am off outside to have a nap on a sunlounger, with my skinny body.. ahahhah
