Yes, I'm up in weight but (and I don't what to use the old excuse of TOM) but it is! Plus we went out last night for ice cream. No regrets! It's the last long summer weekend and I plan to indulge to some extent!
I've done good this past week in the exercise department. I got out for some lunch time runs. Eating has been ok. But it could be better.
I was reading an article in a health magazine about aging and your weight. As I'm in my forties, apparently my hormones are out of wack which is the reason for the weight fluctuations. The article recommend eating lots of veggies, very little starches and going for a 15 minute walk after a meal. Interesting...
