YES, baby! i was a little worried about today's weigh in. I missed two days working out and i'm still getting that grazing thing under control. but I'll take the two pound loss happily. It's better than i expected. Okay, no days off for working out and ...new rule, i can only graze on what's in my special container on the top shelf of the fridge. It has carrots, celery and pickles. I'm hoping this helps and gets me trained to stop chomping on anything in the fridge that i can get my grubby little hands on. Wish me luck.

@BPaula47 I was saying my favorite grazing foods lately is cauliflower, carrots, green peas, mini tomatoes, dipped in Hummus! I love that stuff. Not really a dieting thing though. Do you like music. Thanks, y'all. I apriciate the loving support. @Warrenwinter, i absolutely love music and yep, i can follow links. I'm a u-tube girl actually. Best thing invented on the web ever! Well, besides FS. @13 dias, hmmm, okay, i'll dig out the recipe and do my best to post it up here. I'v already got one pending for my Cabbage and Kale. I think the FS powers that be are waiting for me to upload a pic. Ummm, i don't do pics. last time i tried to take a photo of what i was eating at Red robin, i ended up getting a great shot of the salt and pepper shakers, my water glass and my niece's paw clutching desperately to the last breadstick. (shrug)
