I'm getting kind of disgusted at myself for all of this up and down. I do the same thing every time. It's time to get serious. My first goal is to weigh 160 and my ultimate goal is 140. I have been doing the Biggest Loser workout DVD and I do feel like I'm getting a really good workout. So....here I go again, wish me luck! (I thought about doing detox again but, NO THANKS!)

I feel the same way. If I am not making huge progress, or any progress for a while, I get discouraged and lose my motivation. This group is really helping me to not do that this time. You have a gopod plan and if you stick to it, you will get there:)

Good Luck - I know you can do this. I'm at the point I couldn't handle going through another detox phase, that's why I like the Extreme FS, there really doesn't seem like there's a detox phase and you get a variety of different meals all week. The only thing I found was that day 1 of cycle one is the hardest to get through and then it's easy from there on out.

Hang in there! It will happen again, just keep your chin up! I know exactly how you feel, but remember why you are doing this and keep telling yourself you are worth it!
