Words cannot express how happy I am. It's been 3 weeks since my last weigh-in due to another unexpected vacation. (We took the kiddos to Minnesota on Gull Lake and it was fabulous). I was traveling on both of my weigh-in days of the last two weeks. Diet was not great in that time, but, with the exception of drinking too much on Independence Day, I've been on my best behaviour since returning home.
And I lost weight! I cannot believe it. Ordinarily losing less than 4 pounds in 21 days would upset me, but in these circumstances I am celebrating!
I've been feeling down for the last week about the choices I made on vacation, and doubting my whole journey, a definite "why bother?" attitude was trying to take over. But this reminds me I am on the right path. KEEP GOING!
I missed you, my friends. I hope everyone had been having all the success they deserve!
