Well, a very embarrassing 5th for me, as I met the scale, just now. I don't even wish to think of logging a disturbing amount of food, that I ate at my attorney friend's house, but I do remember talking to someone about my successful diet, as I gobbled down apple pie and ice cream. When I got on the scale, it kind of slapped me in the face, to the realities to begin some serious IF. I was also upset with my wife, that she stayed home, and went to bed. I'm glad, she made work though. Probably the best fireworks show yet, that I have seen there in San Marino. Have a great day! MY GOOD FRIEND'S HOUSE IN SAN MARINO!

Thanks Kp, you are a ROCK on this site. I sometimes wonder where everyone is, but you are always here. I hope the NY area is treating you well, and you had a good time seeing your dad. I have been around the area, where I grew up, and it reminded me of my wonderful parents. I was so lucky to have two great parents, and I saw the first school, that my father taught at in the 1940's, in California. He died in 1991 at age 86, when I was 40 years old.

Yes, I haven't been a good buddie lately but that is changing!!!! I'm back to logging my food and I'll weigh in with trainer tomorrow and record it. I've probably been busy since I know I've gained. I'm bad about accountability. If you can do it, I can do it!
