This is a total loss of 107 lbs, it's taken me almost two years, well if I hadn't taken a 10 month break I would have probably done it in 18 months, still 18 lbs to go to my first goal :):):):):) smiles all over!

That' awesome! I just realized yesterday that in 2.6 more pounds I will bee down a century...lol. I guess I JUST realized it, because that was never a goal. Although I'm kinda in maintenance mode, I'm still convinced that I need to stay on plan for mental and physical health. This is my way of eating for life. I love the way LCHF/IF makes me feel. If I lose, I lose. If I gain, I gain. Que sera sera. :)
