Here's hoping all test results are positive! (Well, actually I guess you want them to be negative, right? Strange how the English language works!!) Thanks for the link to the "senior" diet -- since vascular dementia runs in my family and I have some of the precursors, it was especially interesting to me. I was pleased to find I already incorporate most of the "rules" in my lifestyle, really like the suggestion of a glass of wine every day!!! (lol)
