Have you tried hypnosis app. There are weight loss ones that even if they don't help you lose they are still very relaxing

It sounds like a very stressful situation, constantly. Plotting your escape from the current set of conditions in whatever way would make your life most workable and enjoyable in the future sounds like a smart plan. It doesn't sound like you can go on living this way for years, so I hope you can find ways to make changes that make you smile that beautiful smile all the time.

Thanks Mondaycat and kpwcalories. Yes I know my situation isn't sustainable. I am however skimping and savying as much as I can so I can move. And file for divorce.
