Up since last weigh in. No I have not gained 2 pounds in 1 week, I just have not hit the scale regularly.I actually think I am really around 163.5, just being conservative. (weighed after a big ol cup o' Joe! ) Still eating fairly well, just had a weird week of having to eat late due to being busy. Last week I walked or ran over 30 miles, this week I am on pace to do same, though its getting COLD outside! I'm not trippin' at the fluctuation, as I know I am doing what I am supposed to be doing (except for on Halloween hee hee)
