Litter box cake :) I made that for my office treat on my birthday several years back.  

Oh man, what a fantastic idea. How did it go? 

Made the kitty litter cake for a crazy cat lady's birthday in my office years ago. Very funny!

So interesting, I posted a link to an article on world obesity, and the article says many parts of the world have the opposite problem of being underweight, countries like Japan, and Asian countries. Does this tell you that we have a cultural obesity problem?  

Hi Warren! How's it going? I've thought a lot about the Japan thing (being half Japanese myself) and my friends most are Japanese from Japan, we discussed the reasons why they are slim. I attribute it to the fact they eat lots of vegetables and little red meats since beef is so expensive there. Also, fish is a staple and their refrigerators are much smaller than ours. Many also don't have ovens as they have gas ranges. They do eat tons of carbs but then walk/bike/bus/train everywhere. I remember when I went to school there, it was an hour commute based on walking and trains to get there. My Japanese friend just started LCHF not cause she needs to lose Weight but she's been feeling cloudy. So far, it's working and she's in Ketosis but she misses her rice and noodles. They also serve tiny portions at restaurants and no free refills. Hahaha! I have to log into the computer to read your article. Are you Pro Trump? It's a funny picture you have up! Hope you're having a nice sunny day! It's beautiful outside I feel for all the non California fatsecret friends who have to put up with cold and rain! At least for us, dieting is a struggle but the weather NOT!!

......and I heard a major scientist speak last night (code for a crazy liberal). He says new study has concluded, that ocean levels are rising three times faster, than first predicted. In other words, the flooding taking place in Florida, is only the "tip of the melting iceberg" of what is to come.

I should have known it was April fools! I didn't realize it was until 3pm! Ketosis is that thing when your body burns fat instead of carbs or sugar? I think? There is probably a better definition somewhere, I notice many people call it Keto. I am entering Keto as I write, I got zero Zilch none nada cravings for snack, now that I think about it, I don't even want  

I don't even want to eat dinner now, how crazy is that? The body is s complex mystery!!! 

I know what you mean. I'm feeling like I'm really getting to a great place with my diet, and weight and health. Monday is critical for me as I get results of a prostate biopsy. 

Everything will be fine, I'm happy my knee is improving.
