Binge weekend!!!Bad News but the Good News is that I am not giving up that I may have taken 3 steps backwards but I can still see the big picture and I am not giving up...My body responded to the binge by bloating, retaining god knows how much fluid, circle under my eyes since I don't sleep good with all that sugar in my body. I was like an addict relasping on sugar it was not a pretty picture and I know that I have failed in the past as well but I like to think that I learned something with each failure. I am not ready to give up, what I want to accomplish is not an easy task it is going to be one of the hardest things that I can accomplish. So, my mission is renewed.
