Been not feeling too well, have infection in spine since laminectomy. Had CT Scan on Monday, see Surgeon on Tuesday at 9:00am. Just hoping I don't end up in the hospital before my appointment. Sticking to my diet, though...so progress is still going in the right direction again!!! It is SOOOOOOOOO weird that I had to LOWER my calories...I was doing 1800 to the max recommended of 2000. Now I am doing 1200 to the max of 1400, and the small stint with IF 16/8 got the stall jumpstarted...

We've been thinking about going, but I also have CVID, and I ALWAYS...I mean EVERY TIME I GET ADMITTED, I get a bad secondary infection; so even my docs only want me to go as last resort. If my symptoms get worse, or I start to show ANY signs of sepsis, then we will go...fingers crossed I can hold out until Tuesday!!
