Hi, a most wonderful Saturday to all FatSecret fans! Just laying in bed here At NYNY in Vegas. We both are nursing our effects of old age. My knee is killing me from walking to Aria, and my wife with her back. Looks like a gorgeous day! I fasted until I had a salmon dinner with Shrimp. I'm thinking of firing up the huge jacuzzi tub right next to me. I hear snoring right now, so may just watch Forensic Files. Lol Got a feeling it's a layback day.

Warren's Diet Tip of the Day: We both let weight and age creep up on us, and now are nursing extended injuries. Think twice of letting that happen to you! Have a wonderful day!
