Happy Monday, FatSecret devotees! I hit one of those big numbers today, 260 pounds, which is quite amazing to me. I am contemplating increasing some bodybuilding type workouts, and see if I can get my abs going. I guess I will reset my goals soon, but really don't wish to lose more than 10 more pounds. I did have some nice salmon from Costco last night. Have a great Monday, everyone!

Warren's Diet Tip of the Day: Energy in, eating, and Energy out, exercise, are interlinked. If you don't eat, or eat the wrong foods, your body will start starving, and decrease activity. Your body will rest. Contrary to that, overeat, and your body wants to burn energy. Your body won't allow you to overeat, if you're eating the correct foods. Hunger and eating are instinctual processes, not intellectual. Get your diet correct, and your brain will give the correct hunger signals.
