Wow, March 1, 2016, where does the time go? It's payday and bill paying time again, and I am pretty happy with my look right now. My wife is gone to work, and any food choice is MINE right now. We just booked two more trips, to Vegas, and Palm Springs yesterday, and are going to Waikiki in November. I am hoping my knee allows me to begin better workouts soon. I was a sprinter in college track, and ran the 120 yard, High Hurdles. Best of luck everyone with this thing we battle called AGE! lol
