Doing well considering....no loss no gain! That works for me for now! I need to get back to the routine, but it has just been hard. Still eating good, just not a lot of exercise. It will come, I am going to get my butt back to the gym next week! My goal that I set didn't happen, go figure, but that is ok, I am doing good!

Yesterday would have been Kaylynn's 11th b-day and the family got together to plant a rose bush in her honor it was bitter sweet! It was good to be together as a family on such a hard day! My mom got an angel bird feeder to go with it, it was beautiful! They have her head stone up now, sure does make thing that much more real! Miss her so much, but I know she is so beautiful up there and she is watching down on all of us! I wanted to share the web site with all of you that I created for her. It is

You are doing a great job, do sweat over the scale. It sounds like you and your family really needed yesterday and it sounds like it has brought some peace and some more closer to you. Your web site is beautiful and she is such a doll baby!!!

What a beautiful site, thanks for sharing, though it broke my heart a little. Don't sweat the mini goal because you'll hit your main goal soon enough:)
