Awh, that's really great! You seem to be losing everyday girl!!! I'm still makin' it on my mini fast. Surprisingly, the cravings are about gone! I think this is something that I really needed!!! I will be ready for a fresh start when I go back to eating ... I'm sticking with this today b/c I'm feeling good right now! You'd think I'd be weak but I'm not! I'm drinking the broth and lemon water and crystal light (along with coffee for my meals, lol) but this is doing me some good! Good luck today! Enjoy that cereal, lol

Wow, congrats for passing on the pizza party! I really struggle with food brought into work, the peer pressure is unbelievable. Good for you!
