Dropped a lil more, the more important thing is I feel good and my blood pressure is normal. I also notice clothes that use to be really tight on me, I now need a belt to keep them up. I'm not in any rush. My goal is w/in 18 months to be at a healthy weight and maintain a healthy blood pressure and cholesterol. Have a great week FB buddies!

That's what counts! I finally was comfortable putting my jeans in the dryer and knowing they will fit : ) How our clothes feel and how we feel is more telling than the scale.

Nice drop! I'm a big fan of using how my clothes fit to measure success -- last week I organized all my skirts from most comfortable to too small and plan to try the next not-quite-comfortable one on each week until they all fit.

I love when the fit of my clothes change. I took 8 pairs of jeans to a consignment shop today. Feels good.
