OK, yesterday was awful. I had a pity-party going on about not losing so I rebelled and didn't ride my bike and then I ate like a pig. Who knew pizza had that many calories!?!
But today is a new day. I'm going to try some ideas for replacing some of the fat in my diet with healthier choices. I mixed non-fat greek yogurt in equal portions with sour cream and ate it on potatoes--delicious! Since too much fat in my diet is my achilles heal, this seems like a good place to put my efforts. Also going to shop tomorrow for new shoes for walking. I have a lot of trouble with my feet so I haven't been doing much walking (also the south Georgia heat has been unbearable). I like to walk in nice weather and fall is starting now so maybe I can get a good walk in each day in addition to my bike rides.
