It's nice to be home! Especially back to my own kitchen nothing like taking the easy way out and making lazy decisions when your away. I wanted a new drink bottle for xmas a glass one with a silicone cover but my family couldn't work it out so I was looking online last night and including shipping $54.50 for a flippin drink bottle, I will just continue to slum it with plastic!! Well after a crazy 15 days of sunshine and scorching hot I am pleased to say it's raining and not so hot you break a sweat just getting dressed, I am doing a 21 day sugar detox at the gym it's even harder than I thought NO FRUIT arggh its summer and berry season I really didn't think that one through but I'm not sure if that will be harder of the rowing 1000 cals over the month in the heat!!
