Slowly but surely the weight is coming off. I just have to keep motivated. I've started waking up earlier and earlier every day. Instead of waking up at seven thirty, I'm now up at six. I should be waking up at five in no time. And with the weather being as crazy as it is where I live (78 degrees anyone?) I can get outside more and go to the park for a walk.
Hopefully by Christmas I can hit 250. I haven't seen that number in almost eight months. It'll be really exciting if I can. I quit Monster cold turkey and boy is my head killing me. But I know that stuff is poison in a can and it was making me feel really sick. We'll see how long I can last without the stuff.
