I started using the Roca Labs Mini Gastric Bypass Surgery weight loss formula this week and I renewed my gym membership for the next 3 months. I really have to start making changes and I really do not want to have real surgery because it scares me to death.

It seems like every day I am starting over. Starting new. Trying again. I can't keep living like this. I have to make a change or I am never going to get better.

My back injury will never go away. Its a disease. However, losing weight can help keep the pain much more manageable. So, that should be enough motivation to get moving and make changes.

My depression and anxiety seem to rule my life. I eat for all the wrong reasons.

I worry this will never change.
