Well the plan worked yesterday. Think I may do it again today. From the beginning, 185 had a nice ring to it. Just 3/10 of a pound away.

Edit: Been below 200 lbs since around 7/8 and 190 for about a week. Barring a visit to the Golden Corral, hopefully the trend will continue!

Not being deprived. Underneath all that lettuce was chopped onions, tomatoes, cilantro all covered with crema mexicana, sitting atop a big hunk of fish in a corn
tortilla. Yummy and very filling. In the bad old days I would have added a large order of fries. For me, those days are in the past.

For lunch, I splurged getting a large chili at Wendys.

I bet that I will be under 186 in the am.
