Well it is weigh in time again and once again it has stayed the same, that is great for me considering I have not followed the diet or exercised at all!! I just can't seem to get back on track yet. I am setting a mini goal for myself and that is to start all over on Monday and to try and loose at least 5 pounds by the 11th of October, that would have been my nieces birthday, I am ready to get this done!

I need to re-focus and get my life back on track! Things are not getting any easier, the sadness is still with me and I know it always will be, but some days are better then others. I just need to keep telling myself that she is in a better place and she is running and talking, something that she never could do here on earth. I am going to do this for her now....she will be proud of me!
